Here’s a little collection of some records we’ve been listening to the few weeks.

The Starting LineEternal Youth

Eternal Youth is an impressive comeback. It captures the energy and hooks of the The Starting Line’s legacy while still moving their music forward.

Name TakenHold On

An album from 2004 that I have always felt was overlooked and under appreciated. Panic! at the Disco even got their name from the track “Panic.”

The Ataris “End is Forever

I’ve been revisiting a lot of albums from my youth recently. This one was always in constant rotation. Kris Roe has always been one of my favorite songwriters, the way he can paint a picture with his lyrics has always been an inspiration. Really hoping this is the year we finally get a new album.

Transit Keep This to Yourself

Growing up in New England, Transit was impossible to miss. Their song “Please, Head North” popped into my head recently, so I decided to give the album a spin. It had been quite a while. Happy to say it still holds up. #TimLandersForever

The MenzingersAfter the Party

No album captures the feeling of your mid to late twenties quite like “After the Party.” It’s stuffed with sing-along anthems. For a band with an already impressive catalog, this one has always stood out to me the most.

MallcopsVacationland

Mallcops is a quartet from just outside Boston, serving up catchy hooks, clever lyrics, and melodies that stick. Their 2024 album Vacationland hasn’t left my rotation since it dropped. Do yourself a favor and spin this one. Also check out their new single Enough For You.”
